Has the candidate led an AGILE Project as a Scrum Master? In theory, candidates must have led projects as scrum of scrums, SAFe CSM in delivering full product roadmap.
Does the candidate have software development project management experience?
Has the candidate worked in Agile and Waterfall environments, with distributed teams?
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects in Product environment. Pharma GxP software development experience preferred
Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and best practices.
Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and engage stakeholders.
Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, assess risks, and develop solutions.
Facilitation Skills: Ability to facilitate all Scrum Events, Project meetings, discussions, and decision-making processes effectively.
Experience with JIRA, Scrum metrics
SDLC must have software development project experience
