Responsibilities: • Coordinate real estate transactions from start to finish, including managing paperwork, deadlines, and communication between all parties involved. • Ensure all transaction documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with real estate regulations and company policies. • Collaborate with real estate agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys to facilitate smooth and efficient transaction processes. • Monitor and track transaction progress, providing regular updates to all stakeholders and addressing any issues or delays promptly. • Utilize real estate industry knowledge and transaction experience to anticipate potential challenges and proactively seek solutions to ensure successful closings. • Send out closing gifts and request post-closing reviews from sellers. Qualifications: • Real Estate Transaction Coordination Experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to be a solution provider and effectively problem-solve to move transactions forward. • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files at once. • Hands-on and proactive in ensuring constant communication with all parties involved. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems is a plus. • Must be coachable, willing to grow, and take on leadership responsibilities. About Company: Greenlight Offer is a fast-paced Real Estate Investment company that closes 15-20 transactions per month. We have been in business since 2016 and are growing every year. In 2024, we successfully closed 140 transactions. Based in Houston, TX, our office is located in the Greenway Plaza / Highland Village area, but we conduct business all over Texas. We specialize in providing seamless real estate transactions by working closely with title companies, sellers, and buyers to ensure a smooth closing process.
