**Job Title:** Janitor **Location:** TORRANCE , CA **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM) **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team in maintaining a clean and healthy facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing various cleaning tasks to ensure that our environment remains welcoming and sanitary. **Responsibilities:** + Mopping and vacuuming floors + Disinfecting surfaces and restrooms + Emptying trash and recycling cans + Utilizing vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, and other standard cleaning tools + Operating floor scrubbers, buffing machines, and other powered equipment + Handling cleaning chemicals and supplies + Using ladders and other tools to reach high areas **Qualifications:** + Must be reliable and long-term oriented + Strong attention to detail + Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks + No attendance issues, with a commitment to being punctual and dependable **Benefits:** + Complimentary daily beverages, snack bar, cafeteria with daily hot food for purchase, on-site gym, and on-site Starbucks.
