Creative problem-solving skills to uncover growth opportunities and run tests.
Experience in marketing, product development, and user experience enhancement to drive product-market fit.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment toward common goals.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in growth product management for consumer subscription startups or similar businesses.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around growth objectives.
An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
A hands-on attitude, eager to learn and apply insights to what works and what doesn't.

About the Role: This position requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution. You'll need to experiment quickly, iterate on strategies, and discover what most effectively drives product growth. It's a role that requires strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that product features meet user needs and align with business objectives.

Why Join Us?

Innovation: Be part of a growing company shaping the future of education with cutting-edge technology.
Flexibility: Work remotely from anywhere.
Impact: Help scale educational solutions to 2 billion students globally.
Teamwork: Collaborate with a passionate, high-performing team focused on driving growth and impact.
