We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our accounting team as an Entry-Level Accounting Associate. This is a great opportunity to start your career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment. Part time position: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm What we offer:

Responsibilities

• Scan service invoices into system for electronic filing
• Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry and filing
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
